Replacement Policy

If you have received a defective or wrong product or some items are missing from your order, a replacement request can be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Return Policy

Please do not accept the product if the product is damaged at the time of delivery. If the delivery partner declines to initiate the return process for the damaged product, report the damage on the POD while signing for the delivery and then raise a return request. A return request can be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Cancellation Policy

In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we process the orders the same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

You are requested to immediately email at devteam@zun.energy along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.

Your orders can also be cancelled if zun.energy team finds your payments have not been received. Check below for further details:

Non Receipt of Payment

In case the payment for the order is not made, zun.energy will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship our products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

The delivery time would be within 3 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which we are not liable and would request our users to cooperate as we continuously try to nought such instances.

Also, we reserve the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
